Chic Industrial Ap

This is project in a super popular tourist zone in Medellin Poblado, this apartment was thought to be a dream for tourist and digital nomads.

Layout features two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and closet space, each with balcony and outdoor seating area. The master was built to have a steam shower inside the bathroom. Open concept for kitchen, dinning, living room, featuring a jacuzzi overlooking the green area outside the apartment.

Each space was designed specially for this client, the apartment has a feel of industrial textures - cement type Venetian plasters on ceilings an walls, with a dark wood contrast to give it nice warm feel. Along with luxury finishes in kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture.

From the remodel most of the original layout was changed, most of wall demolished to create the new open and large plan.
