This was a complete gut out of a 3-bedroom apartment located in Medellín, Colombia. The project involved an extensive renovation that stripped the apartment down to its bare bones, allowing for a fresh start and the opportunity to redesign the space according to modern standards and personal preferences. Each of the three bedrooms was meticulously evaluated to enhance functionality and aesthetics. The living areas were reimagined to create an open and inviting atmosphere, incorporating contemporary design elements while ensuring that the unique character of the apartment was preserved. The kitchen underwent a significant transformation, with new layouts and high-quality finishes being introduced to improve both usability and style. Likewise, the bathrooms were completely remodeled, featuring updated fixtures and modern amenities that cater to today’s lifestyle. Throughout the entire process, careful consideration was given to the selection of materials, color palettes, and overall design themes to ensure a unique look. This project not only revitalized the apartment but also contributed to the overall charm and appeal of the neighborhood.
