Pinar Alto

This was a project executed for ourselves, we wanted a personal touch and it features a wall mural made by an Ukrainian artist, in the midst of war.

This is one bedroom one bathroom, that were completely remodeled and upgraded from a 30year old building. The apartment sits on the last floor of a 6 story building. Made for airbnb and rentals, it was made very confortable and chic.

Some walls were demo to create an open feel, the tones of furniture, kitchen and walls are white and off white to maximize space.

Lighting was designed with indirect lighting new ceilings, accent on corridors and walls, and dimmers in living area.
