Plaza Manazanes

This project was a complete gut out and remodel from original layout to final completed project.

There was a big open social area created, integrated with living and dinning overlooking amazing terrace, which is the greatest of features in the apartment. Joaquin, the architect managed to distribute 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom in the interior space, where each has its unique feature.

The whole project was conceived and remodeled throughout, the floors, the layout, the plumbing, all electrical and lighting, all windows, and terrace including jacuzzi and bbq space.

The furniture was also a project planning a luxury style that would work for any suitable tenant, such as a family or a group of friends.
