River Apartment

This is a remodel project in Medellin, Poblado. The property was a complete different layout so every single wall was demolished and a new Layout was created. In the new plan, there is a big living, dinning, and open kitchen area, connected to open deck terrace/style space, that holds a bar and faux green wall.

There is a wood wall, with "invisible" doors that separate social from private areas, this wall separates the bedrooms, which were planned to hold king size beds, creating two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and large closet space each.

The bedrooms have an open shower/bath design, simulating luxury hotels. They each have open closet space and work space.

The kitchen is a white modern design open kitchen, and holds a hidden laundry space. There is also a half bathroom with amazing wall paper design.

The furnishing was done to meet expectations for digital nomads, and travelers, creating a spacious layout but still very comfortable to work and live.
