Yedras Penthouse

This is a big penthouse in Medellin, the remodel project included change of floors, bathrooms, kitchen (open walls and remodel layout), terrace, interior design in walls, bedrooms and finishes.

The bathrooms were completely remodeled, some changed the initial layout, others just the finishes. The original kitchen was enclosed so the dividing wall was demolished to open up the space, behind the kitchen a spacious laundry, pantry and extra service bathroom was created.

The upstairs layout was adjusted to create more interior space and still have a large terrace, with jacuzzi, bbq, and outdoor furniture. In the terrace two coverings were place one above the bbq and one above the jacuzzi.
